How does per-seat pricing work?

Every seat is billed at the same price — there is no cheaper extra-seat rate. Starter is a single seat and cannot grow; Firm starts at two seats and adds as many as you need, billed automatically.

How does the AI assistant work?

The AI assistant is included on every seat. Starter includes 100 AI credits per month; Firm includes 150 AI credits per seat per month, shared across the firm. The cost of each answer is shown in the app, and live usage is visible in the workspace. Conversations are encrypted with your workspace key.

What are AI credits?

AI usage is measured in credits. A normal question to the assistant typically uses about 1 credit, and an answer with web research about 3. Heavier tasks show an estimate before they run. Monthly credits reset each month. Extra credits can be bought anytime in packs — Starter: 50 credits for €18 or 200 for €65; Firm: 50 credits for €15, 200 for €55, 1,000 for €250 or 5,000 for €1,150 (all excl. VAT, valid for 12 months). Purchased credits are shared across the firm and used after the monthly credits. Owners and partners can buy them by default; the owner can limit this to the owner only.

How much storage do I get?

500 GB per seat, pooled across the firm, with a 2 GB cap per file. Storage scales as you add seats, so there are no add-on packs to buy.

Is VAT included in these prices?

No. Prices are shown excluding VAT; the applicable tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address.

Who can subscribe?

Nomoaxis is sold to law firms and legal practices only. A firm name and a valid business Tax ID are required at checkout.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Partial months are not refunded, and your workspace data is retained for 30 days after cancellation before deletion. Unused purchased AI credits lapse when access ends.
